The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the results for the CA Inter and Final exams today. Candidates can visit the official ICAI website at icai.org to check their results. The CA Inter May 2023 examination was conducted from May 3 to May 18, 2023, while the CA Final May 2023 examination took place between May 2 and May 17, 2023.

CA Final Toppers:

1. Rank 1 - Akshay Ramesh Jain from Ahmedabad secured the top position nationwide with a score of 616 out of 800 (77%).

2. Rank 2 - Kalpesh Jain from Chennai scored 603 marks out of 800 (75.38%).

3. Rank 3 - Prakhar Varshney from New Delhi scored 574 marks out of 800 (71.75%).


CA Inter Toppers:

1. Rank 1 - Gokul Sai Srikar from Hyderabad secured All India Rank 1 by scoring 688 marks out of 800 (86%).

2. Rank 2 - Noor Singla from Patiala scored 682 marks out of 800 (85.25%).

3. Rank 3 - Kavya Sandeep Kothari from Mumbai scored 678 marks out of 800 (84.75%).


Pass Percentage for CA Inter:

Group 1:

- Appeared: 100,781

- Passed: 19,103

- Pass Percentage: 18.95%


Group 2:

- Appeared: 81,956

- Passed: 19,208

- Pass Percentage: 23.44%


Both Groups:

- Appeared: 39,195

- Passed: 4,014

- Pass Percentage: 10.24%

In the previous year's CA Inter Result 2022, Ranjan Kabra secured the top position with 666 marks (83.25%). In the CA Final exams, Anil Shah had secured Rank 1 with 642 marks.

To qualify for the CA Inter and Final exams, candidates must obtain qualifying marks. They need to score a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and at least 40% marks in each subject.
